AntiqSnap — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AntiqSnap (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS application. By using AntiqSnap, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Photos you choose to scan. When you take or pick a photo to identify an antique, that image is sent to our AI vision provider (Google’s Gemini via Firebase AI Logic) for analysis. The image is processed in real-time and returned as identification text. We do not store your photos on our servers.
Subscription and purchase data. When you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We use Adapty (adapty.io) to validate your subscription receipt and grant access to Pro features. Adapty receives an anonymous identifier and your subscription status. We do not see your payment details.
Diagnostic data. Crash reports and basic usage statistics may be collected anonymously to improve app stability.
On-device collection history. Every identification is saved on your device (in app storage). This data does not leave your device unless you choose to share it.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require an account.
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number or location.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
3. How Photos Are Processed
Photos you submit for identification are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Google’s Gemini AI via Firebase AI Logic. Google processes the image to generate the identification result and may use the data subject to Google’s Generative AI terms. The image is not stored long-term by us. Please review Google’s policies for details on their data handling.
4. Data Retention
- Photos sent for analysis: processed in real-time, not retained on our servers.
- Collection history: stored on your device only. You can delete individual entries or clear the entire collection at any time from the app.
- Subscription data (Adapty): retained as long as you have an active subscription, plus the period required by Adapty’s policies.
5. Children’s Privacy
AntiqSnap is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Your Rights
Because we do not have user accounts, we generally do not store identifiable information that we can locate by request. You may:
- Delete the app at any time, which removes all on-device data.
- Cancel your subscription via Apple ID settings.
- Contact us with questions about your data.
If you reside in the EU, UK, California, or other regions with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK), you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Third-Party Services
- Apple App Store — payment processing, app distribution. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Firebase AI Logic / Gemini — image identification. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
- Adapty — subscription management. See Adapty Privacy Policy.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all network traffic. Your collection history is stored in the app’s private sandbox on your device. No security system is perfect, but we follow industry-standard practices.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the App Store update notes.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, AntiqSnap (“Uygulama”, “biz”) iOS uygulamasını kullandığınızda bilgileri nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar. AntiqSnap’i kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Topladığımız Bilgiler
Tarattığınız fotoğraflar. Bir antikayı tanımlatmak için fotoğraf çektiğinizde veya seçtiğinizde, görsel analiz için yapay zekâ sağlayıcımıza (Firebase AI Logic üzerinden Google Gemini) gönderilir. Görüntü gerçek zamanlı olarak işlenir ve tanımlama metni olarak döner. Sunucularımızda fotoğraflarınızı saklamayız.
Abonelik ve satın alma verisi. Abonelik satın aldığınızda ödemeyi Apple işler. Pro özelliklere erişim için abonelik makbuzunuzu Adapty (adapty.io) doğrular. Adapty anonim bir tanımlayıcı ve abonelik durumunuzu görür. Ödeme detaylarını biz görmeyiz.
Tanı verileri. Uygulama kararlılığını iyileştirmek için anonim çökme raporları ve temel kullanım istatistikleri toplanabilir.
Cihazda saklanan koleksiyon geçmişi. Her tanımlama cihazınızda (uygulama deposunda) saklanır. Bu veri siz paylaşmayı seçmediğiniz sürece cihazınızdan çıkmaz.
2. Toplamadığımız Bilgiler
- Hesap gerektirmiyoruz.
- Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefonunuzu veya konumunuzu toplamıyoruz.
- Üçüncü taraf reklam veya takip SDK’sı kullanmıyoruz.
- Pazarlama amacıyla kişisel veri satmıyor veya paylaşmıyoruz.
3. Fotoğraflar Nasıl İşlenir
Tanımlama için gönderdiğiniz fotoğraflar şifreli HTTPS bağlantısı üzerinden Firebase AI Logic aracılığıyla Google Gemini’ye gönderilir. Google görüntüyü tanımlama sonucu üretmek için işler ve Google Generative AI şartlarına tabi olarak veriyi kullanabilir. Görüntü tarafımızda uzun süre saklanmaz.
4. Veri Saklama
- Analize gönderilen fotoğraflar: Gerçek zamanlı işlenir, sunucularımızda tutulmaz.
- Koleksiyon geçmişi: Yalnızca cihazınızda. Tek tek veya toplu silebilirsiniz.
- Abonelik verisi (Adapty): Abonelik aktif olduğu sürece ve Adapty politikalarına göre saklanır.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği
AntiqSnap 13 yaş altı çocuklara (veya yargı bölgenizdeki eşdeğer asgari yaşa) yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
6. Haklarınız
Kullanıcı hesabımız olmadığından, talebinize göre bulabileceğimiz tanımlanabilir bilgi genelde tutmuyoruz. Yapabilecekleriniz:
- Uygulamayı her zaman silerek tüm cihaz verisini kaldırın.
- Apple ID ayarlarından aboneliğinizi iptal edin.
- Verinizle ilgili sorular için bizimle iletişime geçin.
AB, Birleşik Krallık, California veya geçerli gizlilik yasalarının (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK) bulunduğu bölgelerde yaşıyorsanız, kişisel verilerinize erişim, düzeltme, silme veya işlemenin kısıtlanması haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak için aşağıdaki e-postadan ulaşın.

8. Güvenlik
Tüm ağ trafiğinde HTTPS şifrelemesi kullanırız. Koleksiyon geçmişiniz cihazınızdaki uygulamanın özel sandbox’ında saklanır. Hiçbir güvenlik sistemi mükemmel değildir; sektör standartlarını takip ediyoruz.
9. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Üstteki “Son güncelleme” tarihi en güncel sürümü yansıtır. Önemli değişiklikler App Store güncelleme notlarıyla bildirilir.
